of thousands of dollars from his friends and confidants. He has destroyed many people financially. Serguei
is a compulsive gambler and adulterer as well. He is a waist of skin and I advise you to stay away from him. Most important
don't trust him with your money, or especially go into business with him. He is a tax evader (call the Department of Revenue
in Washington State, or the IRS) and lied about being a refugee, pretending his wife was a persucuted Jew, in order to
stay in the USA.
I know for a fact that they are Atheists. Ask his wife about Judaism.
Do a title search on his house and ask the people who put liens on his property. There is not a single business associate
of his that would say a good word about him.

Chris is approximately 5'11'', blonde hair, skinney frame, Russian national, his wife is Irina Koumaev and he
has two kids. He wears glasses and a mustache. He lives in Mill Creek, Washington. He used to be in the timber and gas station
business and is believed to now work at McDonald's Casino, possibly as a dealer.
He also has been known to play alot of Poker (daily) at various casinos.
Don't let the fact that he has a family make you feel sorry for him. He will use that pity to take advantage of you and
gain your trust.
He appears to be a nice upstanding person, but don't let him fool you. He is known to sexually harass women and is known
to be an adulterer.

After Chris borrows money, he will never pay you. He will try to get you to feel sorry for him, because the situations
he may be in. Don't. He created every bad thing that has happened in his life. In his wake are dozens of individuals he took
advantage of. He never repays his debts. He will declare bankruptcy, or simply not pay you. His house has half a million dollars
of liens on it, from people he has screwed over. He plays ignorant when confronted. He pretends his English isn't good. He never
volunteers the truth, you have to find him out. Most important hold on to your wallet, because he is a crook!!!
